Our Services
THE RESPONSIVE RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM*
A comprehensive and cohesive set of resources designed to help individuals learn to reduce reactivity and increase responsiveness in their relationships, thereby strengthening bonds and improving their experience. The program includes the following resources:
Group Discussion Starter Questions: included with each video
Group Facilitation Training: Thirty (30) minute online video to train facilitators of groups on the basic concepts of the Responsive Relationship Development Program, and practical tools and methods for managing group discussions and sustaining the health of groups.
WRTA Level 1 Certification Training: Two (2) hour online video training to prepare pastors and designated laypersons to use the Welch Responsive Temperament Assessment (WRTA) with individuals or couples they counsel or coach to guide them toward relationship improvement.
GROUP FORMATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES*
Designed for churches of all sizes and denominations, 2 Become 1 small groups are an effective way to start and/or grow a marriage ministry.
We provide consultation, advisory services, and a comprehensive implementation kit to help churches to:
Create a promotional strategy
Identify leaders and form groups
Implement best practices for sustaining the health of groups
Grow the ministry over time
Effectively use the Responsive Relationship Development Program to improve marriages and other relationships.
SPEAKING AND TEACHING SERVICES
For conferences, seminars, workshops, events, and church services focused on the marriage relationship, as described in the Bible.

PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING SERVICES
The Welch Therapy Institute partners with the Center for Enriching Relationships to provide professional counseling services for individuals and couples in both in-person and remote video formats.
